Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite the mixed bag. On one hand, the rooms were beautifully decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, the noise from the pool room until late each night was quite bothersome. The location was ideal, right in the heart of Cromer, close to the beach and shops. The service was top-notch, with cheerful and friendly staff, especially Maxie at check-in and Jo at breakfast. The dining experience left much to be desired, with inconsistent breakfast quality throughout my stay. Overall, a stay with some highs and lows.
The hotel is situated in a vibrant location, just a minute from the seafront and right in the heart of the town. The service is top-notch, with accommodating and friendly staff. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with a disappointing breakfast. The proximity to the pier and the town center makes the location exceptional.
The hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were beautifully decorated with a real sense of luxury, clean, modern, and nicely updated; however, they were three flights of stairs up and not serviced. The service was caring and kind overall, but there were issues with outdoor clothing to cook, tea coffee service, and the availability of side plates. The location was conveniently close to the sea, in lovely Cromer, but noise from passing people and early morning recyclables detracted from the experience. The dining experience was disappointing, with cold, poorly cooked breakfast items, but the room itself was very nice. Overall, a hotel with ups and downs.
